Can I keep Daily Gold jewelry on at all times?
Our jewelry is crafted from the highest quality Gold-filled, Rose Gold-filled or sterling silver metals and designed to be worn at all times. We keep our jewelry on when we sleep, shower, swim and sweat - and encourage our customers to do the same!
What's the difference between gold-plated and gold-filled metal?
Simply put, gold and rose gold-filled jewelry have a thick outer layer of solid gold or rose gold bonded to a core of another metal, usually brass or copper.
Gold-filled jewelry is tarnish resistant and can last many years if properly maintained and offers the same benefit as solid gold without the high price point. Gold plated pieces are created by bonding an extremely thin layer of gold over copper or brass. Unfortunately, the thin gold layer will wear off quickly with time, and sometimes turn your skin green which is why we don't sell any gold-plated pieces.
Do you offer a bulk discount for wedding packages?
We'd love to outfit your wedding party in Daily Gold! Send us an email for a custom quote. We ask that you place your order at least 30 days before the big day so we can ensure we have plenty of time to make all the pieces.
Do you do custom orders?
We have a variety of customizations available! Send us an email to inquire about a custom order and we'd be happy to assist.
Do you offer engraving?
We are unable to offer engraving on any piece of jewelry at this time.
If I place an order today, when can I expect to receive my jewelry?
Most jewelry ships out in 3-4 business days, but can take up to 7 business days for custom orders. We ship via USPS Priority Mail and we send a tracking link when your order has shipped.
My order hasn't arrived yet, but the tracking shows delivered. Where's my package?
This happens often with USPS, especially around busy holidays like Black Friday and Christmas. We encourage you to wait 1-2 business days to see if your order is delivered and if it still has not been, check with your neighbors to see if they received your package by mistake. We also encourage you to ask the delivery person or check in with your local post office.
My order still hasn't arrived and USPS says it's lost in the mail. What should I do?
In the rare chance your shipment is lost in the mail, you can submit a claim through Route Package protection. We highly recommend you add Route to your purchase during checkout. If you did not purchase Route Package protection, you can submit a claim through USPS. Daily Gold is not responsible for packages lost in the mail due to error by USPS.
What is Route Package Protection?
Route is a shipping insurance company that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Route ensures that customers get what they paid for, and allows for easy reordering with one simple click. Review the policies here to understand which lost, stolen, and damaged items Route will cover. Route protection will be automatically added to your order and while you can remove it at check out if you prefer not to insure the delivery, we highly encourage you to purchase it as Daily Gold is not responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
I live in Kentucky. Would it be possible to pick up my online order?
We operate out of a residential studio and don't allow customers to pick up online orders, nor do we allow drop offs for returns or exchanges due to privacy concerns. We apologize for any inconvenience.
What is your return policy?
We are happy to facilitate a return within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We do not refund shipping costs or package protection. Please visit our self service return portal to begin a return request. For more information on returns or exchanges, visit our page here.
