Daily Gold is committed to providing high-quality jewelry to our customers. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 30-day warranty on all products from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

3. What is Not Covered
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or alterations
  • Loss or theft of the product
  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents, or changes in color)
  • Damage due to exposure to chemicals, solvents, or extreme environmental conditions
  • Gift Cards, sale items and items marked as "final sale"
  • Items purchased through our instagram sale are not covered by our warranty. 
4. Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team within 30 days of purchase at hello@dailygoldco.com with your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Please include photos of the jewelry in your email.
  2. Assessment: Our team will assess the claim to determine if the product is covered under the warranty.
  3. Return Instructions: If the claim is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product to us.
  4. Resolution: Upon receiving the returned product, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will offer a similar product of equal value or a full refund.
5. Limitations and Exclusions
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • The warranty period begins from the date of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
