Daily Gold is committed to providing high-quality jewelry to our customers. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 30-day warranty on all products from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

- Defects in workmanship
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Loss or theft of the product
- Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents, or changes in color)
- Damage due to exposure to chemicals, solvents, or extreme environmental conditions
- Gift Cards, sale items and items marked as "final sale"
- Items purchased through our instagram sale are not covered by our warranty.
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

- Assessment: Our team will assess the claim to determine if the product is covered under the warranty.

- Resolution: Upon receiving the returned product, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will offer a similar product of equal value or a full refund.
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
