Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. There may be unforeseen delays due to a high volume of orders, especially around gift-giving holidays, and we will do our best to notify you if such a delay has occurred. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

In the rare chance your shipment is lost in the mail, you can submit a claim through Route Package protection. We highly recommend you add Route to your purchase during checkout to insure against loss, theft, or damage in transit. If you did not purchase Route Package protection, you can submit a claim through USPS. Daily Gold is not responsible for packages lost in the mail due to error by USPS.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $5 flat rate shipping within the United States. Free shipping for orders over $200. 

Local delivery

We do not offer local pickup at this time, but if you need an order to arrive quickly, please contact us at hello@dailygoldco.com to see if we’re able to accommodate your timeline.

International Shipping

Please contact us at hello@dailygoldco.com for any international shipping requests. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Daily Gold Co is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@dailygoldco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. You can also initiate the Route Protection plan if you purchased it at checkout.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs and package protection for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@dailygoldco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We may also prompt you to initiate the Route Protection plan you can purchase at checkout.
