Changed your mind? We are happy to facilitate a return within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We do not refund shipping costs or package protection. Please visit our self service return portal to begin a return request.

 

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? We're happy to accommodate an exchange for items ordered within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping both ways. Please see our sizing page before requesting a new size so we can make sure you get an item that fits!

Item delivered to you damaged? If an item is damaged during the shipping process, we're happy to work with you to get it replaced. Send us an email with photos and we'll let you know what to do next.

 

Repairs

Love your jewelry, but something broke? Within 30 days of purchase, repairs for damage caused by normal wear and tear are on us! If damage occurs after the first 30 days, a repair fee will be charged. Send us an email with photos and we'll walk you through the process.
